ABOUT ABOUT

This socially distanced seminar pulls back the curtain on the mystery behind the perfect loaf of bread and balance of a well-made kombucha. Local bread maker Kathleen Larsen will walk you through the process of creating an effective starter, and the *right* way to create and bake the dough. In addition to taking home your own ready-to-bake dough, you'll also enjoy a series of tastings that feature fermented items and the items that come from fermentation such as cider and kombucha.
The ticket includes the cost of all materials that will be used to make bread and all of the items on the tasting menu.
Each guest will receive a chance to win a brand new dutch oven and a complete bread-making kit with extra starters, goodies from local food vendors like Hadfield House Jellis, Hugo Coffee, and more- valued at more than $150.
