Craft Pairing Series : Spicy Jellies and Home Cooking

Mountain West Hard Cider is pleased to partner with an array of local small businesses to bring you a learning opportunity that is as delicious as is it educational. The Craft Pairing Series will feature local professionals who create some of your favorite products and a guided experience on how to best enjoy them. Support local while you become of master of flavor and food pairings.
Our first course will be lead by Lynn Hadfield of Hadfield House Spicy Jellies. The focus of this pairing series is to explore the multitude of ways that spicy jellies can be used to liven up your everyday cooking at home.
Learn about the science and art of canning and preserving fruits and vegetables, while enjoying a multi-course tasting menu designed by Lynn himself.
Space is limited, ticket price includes the cost of the meal/ tasting items and a 5oz pour of cider.
Party size is restricted to four people- no exceptions.
